[Bugfix]

• Back quotation mark included in an user ID is not escaped.
• The error occurs when the gadget to which the required item is not set is moved to other tabs.
• The check on "Only the manager can use information" is not preserved. (MessageGadget)
• The cache of HTMLFragmentMiniBrowser is not effective.
• When the gadget is deleted, the auth token of OAUTH is not deleted.
• Some other bugfixs.
