This site is managed by Beacon Information Technology Inc, located at STEC Building., 1-24-1 Nishishinjuku, Shinju-ku, Tokyo 160-0023, Japan (hereafter, BeaconIT).
“Individual Information” (including address and name etc.) described in customer’s offer/request pursuant to BeaconIT services, such as request of the documents, inquiry to products, mail news, and/or questionnaire shall be treated by BeaconIT as follows. It is spontaneous whether the customer disclose individual information to BeaconIT or not, however BeaconIT shall not provide all services without the customer’s information.
1. Purpose of use of “Individual Information”
BeaconIT, co-sponsering and support entities shall not use “Individual Information” out of the scope of the minimum use of events/seminars except several cases as follows. BeaconIT shall notice the customer and get the agreement to use “Individual Information” prior to the event in case of use for other purpose.
(1) Information of the event/seminar related to BeaconIT products.
(2) Information of BeaconIT products and services etc.
(3) Making of various statistical materials, such as the analysis of range of layers etc.
(4) Request of questionnaire etc.
2. Providing “Individual Information”
BeaconIT shall not provide “Individual Information” to the 3rd parties (excluding co-sponsering and support entities) without the advance approval of the customer except a few cases as follows.
(1) In the case that BeaconIT shall provide “Individual Information” to business partners for the purpose of the said 1.
(2) In the case that BeaconIT shall disclose “Individual Information” under the laws/regulations.
(3) In the case that BeaconIT shall disclose information pursuant to “Individual Information” after the modification not to identify “Individual Information”
3. Safety management of “Individual Information”
BeaconIT shall treat and manage “Individual Information” strictly based on BeaconIT Individual Information Security Guideline so that “Individual Information” shall not leak to the outside.
4. Inquiry, correction, and deletion etc.
Please contact the following appropriate person when the customer requests the inquiry, the correction, and the deletion of his/her own “Individual Information”.
